There is no preparation required for the first call. I walk you through the whole programme, work out where the business needs the most attention, and give you useful homework between calls. Most clients choose a one-hour call each week. Fortnightly calls are available if that suits you better, although nobody has chosen that option yet.
Once we know the 12-month target, we map the times of year when the salon should be busier and where it needs to create more demand. That tells us where marketing effort needs to go and which promotions are worth running.
The plan looks beyond social media, combining online activity such as email, Google Business Profile and SEO with offline and in-salon activity where it makes sense. We will also balance slow-lane foundations, middle-lane recommendations and retention, and fast-lane promotions, so every bit of marketing is not a last-minute scramble.

We build a three-year vision instead. The point is to give you a realistic destination that feels useful, not to force you into a timescale that does not fit.
What happens after 90 days?
You take your plans and put them into action. The programme stands on its own. Clients often return for another 90 days when a new challenge comes up, but there is no obligation to continue.
