The Year, Sorted

FreeAbout 20 minutes You don't need any figures

Last year, honestly.

The twelve months you've just had, looked at properly, before you decide anything about the next twelve.

Most planning starts with a list of new things to do. This starts with an honest look at the year you've actually had: what went right, what didn't, and the one thing you kept doing that you probably shouldn't have. It's a three-page worksheet you can fill in from memory at the kitchen table in about twenty minutes. Nobody sees it but you.

I'll send you the worksheet and the occasional email about planning your year. Unsubscribe whenever you like. Here's my privacy policy.

What it asks you

Page one of the Last Year, Honestly worksheet, with space to write the year in one line and three things that went right and wrong.

What happens next

On Wednesday 18 November, The Year, Sorted opens. It's a recorded course in four sittings, about five hours of work at your own pace, and by the end you'll have next year on a single page: the three things you're actually going to change, the things you've decided you're not doing, and the hours you've genuinely got to do it in. It's £147. This worksheet is the first step of it, so anything you write now carries straight in.
